The farmer of Bangladesh

The life of peasants/farmers in Bangladesh is a sad tale f poverty and misery. They pass their days in wants and distress all the year round. They live from hand to mouth. They often go without food. In the past a peasant of Bangladesh led a happy and contented life. He cultivated the soil and grew abundant paddy and vegetables. He had no wants of anything.
The farmer of Bangladesh is either an owner of very small pieces of land or landless. A small farmer depends mainly the gift of the nature. Drought of flood means his ruin. When there is rain, he ploughs the lands with his ill-fed cows or bullocks. He always falls in shortage of money during to purchase the manure or seeds. He works hard all the day. He sows seedling, roots out weeds, spread manure and does irrigation with so much care. Often he has to employ his family member to help him. He often does not find time to come home to have his meals.
His joy knows no bounds when he has a good harvest. But if the crops fall down, his sorrow goes for the whole year.
A peasant of Bangladesh is ignorant. He follows the old method of cultivation. So much crops does not grow. Government should take necessary steps for his better days.
